i have evolved alot but yet i have notice a few rares skill lvl up from 1 to 2 whats does this mean i also notice this happens more with enhancing with high normals that have effects why

any one know why this is or when a skill lvls up what that means ty

to level up a card skill, you have to enhance it with other cards that has skills with them(skilled feeder such as high normal with skills and above)

When a skill levels up, the boost (or debuff) effect gets better when it procs.

When will I ever get the decent cards to make the dream deck? :(
