If I have a card with skill lv2 and same card w lv6, does the lv6 card provide higher chance of completing a skill level up? What's a good way for like lvls 2-5.. ten HNs with a skill lv of 3+? I can't ever seen to get lv2 on my legends even with ten cards.. thought maybe skill lv played a bigger factor?
