The Government of Navarra has given the green light to begin the process to modify the Supramunicipal Incidence Sector Plan (PSIS) of Etxabakoitz, a new development in the Pamplona neighborhood where almost 12,200 new homes will be developed.
According to the regional government, the modification is motivated by the arrival of the High Speed Train to Navarra and increases the area for housing planned in this neighborhood of the Navarrese capital.
"The modification of the PSIS for the 'Development of the Area of the New High Speed Train Station and the Area of the Old Train Station of Pamplona', promoted by the General Directorate of Public Works and Infrastructure, increases the total ordered Chile Telemarketing Data surface significantly with respect to the 2010 planning. Specifically, residential buildability is expanded by 24%, to the detriment of land destined for other lucrative uses." explains the official statement. And he adds that "the object of the Etxabakoitz PSIS is the elimination of the railway loop, the construction of the new railway station and the urban development of the freed land in the area of the old station and the Etxabakoitz area. The intervention affects four municipalities: Pamplona, Zizur Mayor, Cendea de Cizur and Barañáin".
Among the most significant data of the proposed modification, the increase in the total ordered surface by about 118,000 m2 stands out, up to a total of 2,511,877 m2. The residential buildable area increases to 1,341,358 m2, 24% more than expected, to the detriment of the buildable area for tertiary uses, which is reduced from 315,479 to 105,018 m2. Specifically, a total of 12,193 homes will be developed in the area, of which half will be protected , compared to the 9,758 planned until now.

According to Navarra Televisión , the Pamplona neighborhood of Etxabakoitz will be transformed into a residential area with large green spaces (more than half a million m2) and will border the Elorz River. Its two main axes are Aróstegui Avenue, where two 18-story high buildings are planned; and another axis that starts from Barañáin and ends at the southern junction with the A-15. This development will also have staff and service spaces.
