Three days before the end of his mandate and the inauguration of Javier Milei, which will take place this Sunday, December 10, President Alberto Fernández signed this Thursday the resignations of Agustín Rossi and Sergio Massa, members of the presidential formula who lost in the second round against the candidate of La Libertad Avanza, with the head of the Economy portfolio in front and the Chief of Staff as a companion, as well as the rest of the members of his Cabinet. The resignations, which aim to make the presidential transition easier and faster, were confirmed by several decrees published in the latest edition of the official bulletin.
All the resignations bore the signatures of the Armenia Mobile Number List president and the chief of staff, except that of Agustín Rossi himself, who will be replaced in his position by Agustín Posse when the new administration takes office.
