I have been wondering what skill level actually does for quite a while now. I keep hearing these two separate theories about what it does and yet no one seems to know for sure. The big breasted lass in the help section cannot seem to give me a straight answer either

I would say it increases your probability because i expermented with some of my cards. I have 1 with skill level 5 and it always uses its skill verse my cards that are only skill level one

Skill level increases the effect (boost or hit) by 1% for each level. Probability of the skill going off has nothing to do with skl lvl. Card placement within the deck dictates the probability that a skill activates. (Center card 100%, center left 80, center right 50, far left 30, far right 10 are the numbers I have seen.)
